This workshop has been designed to hold creative and courageous space with BIPOC who have experienced abortion/s. Guided by Amrita, attendees will explore abortion narratives using psycho-somatic and creative tools, including colour psychology and monologue writing.

Objectives:
engage in open discussions related to the impacts of abortion stigma, intergenerational trauma, racism on perceptions of Self
experiment with creative and reflective storytelling
create a short poetic monologue reflecting their unique abortion experiences
activate the integration of abortion experiences in ways that center healing
